Shawn’s early experiences in an education system that didn’t fit his learning style led him to discover his passion for working with leaders, teams and organizations to find the capacity to unleash their full potential in a way that brings energy and high levels of performance.

Shawn has a background in organizational development and works with a wide range of Fortune 500, FTSE 100, government, and small organizations. He is on the faculty of the Executive Education Programme at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.  He plays a key role at the University’s Center for Positive Organizations working with teams and companies to support them in applying Positive Organizing concepts to their work and their businesses.

Shawn has a Masters degree in Organizational & Social Psychology from Columbia University.  He is the co-author of “Leading Innovation: How to Jumpstart Your Organization’s Growth Engine.”
