For over 20 years Diana has been working as an external consultant to a wide range of companies around the world.
Her work encompasses team and leadership development, aligned closely to organisational needs. Diana designs and runs leadership development programmes and works with teams and with individuals to develop their strengths and enhance their effectiveness. Her work includes consultancy in the areas of organisational change and the behavioural, cultural and structural/strategic development that come with change.
Diana holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London and is studying toward a PhD at Cranfield School of Management.
